I have installed the kde in my Fedora core 5 system. I use Noatun to read music files. If I write the istruction 'yum install kdemultimedia-extras' in my terminal (from http://www.fedorafaq.org#mp3) my yum service response me: 'Nothing to do' because it can't find the corrispondent package. This package has a different name?

I have the same problem if I try to do the 'yum install kmod-ntfs' to read files from my ntfs partition.

Any suggestions for those problems?

The package name is kdemultimedia-extras-nonfree. Do you have the Livna repository enabled?
http://rpm.livna.org/configuration.html#Core5

no I don't. I'll install the livna rpm repository and I will retry to install the kde multimedia package. Thank you for the fast reply ;) For the ntfs package do you have any suggestion?

Both kdemultimedia-extras-nonfree and kmod-ntfs are provided by Livna.

I have tried yesterday to do the "yum install kdemultimedia-extras-nonfree" Tha package has successfully installed but with noatun I can't again read mp3 files. when I open with noatun an mp3, if I click the "play" button nothing appens. There are other packages to install for mp3 files?
