Since yum updated cups to 1.2 i have had a problem with my printer. Every time i switch printer on the /dev/usb/lp0 device is created with permissions of 0600. This seems contrary to the 50-udev.rules which have the following lines in them

# lp devices
KERNEL=="lp*", GROUP="lp", MODE="0660"
KERNEL=="parport*", GROUP="lp", MODE="0660"
KERNEL=="irlpt*", GROUP="lp", MODE="0660"
KERNEL=="usblp*", GROUP="lp", MODE="0660"
KERNEL=="usb/lp*", GROUP="lp", MODE="0660"

Can anyone shed some light on this, i simply have to manually alter the permissions to get printing to work.

Thanks in advance.
