Is there a reccomended method to install a customised version of fedora on a bare-metal system?
I would like to take a snapshot of a properly configured and working system, write it to a dvd (or 3) and then install it on lots of identical machines.
given that its taken me such a long time to work out how to get certain things to compile and configure properly without conflicting (and im not done yet) i have no burning desire to recreate my work on lots of identical machines.

basically what im looking for is something along the lines of norton ghost that supports cd/dvd installs (no floppy drive in these machines) and supports ext2, ext3 and xfs

many thanks :D

You could try mondo (http://www.mondorescue.org/index.shtml).
