hi,
i download some php scripts from the phpclasse and want to run from the apache web server root directory but i get this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /classes/smk_auth/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
i search from the google also frdora forums the conclusion was i cahnged the ownership of /var/www/html direcotry to my username and the permissions of files from the /var/www/html/classes/smk_auth as:

but still the same errror, any help please?

try

restorecon -R /var/www/html

SELinux only lets files with the correct "context" be acessible by Apache. Usually if you create new files there it's okay, but if you move them from elsewhere they won't have the correct context.

your others right only allows execute, you need read rights also
in your index.php directory
chmod 0755 *
