When I want do any thing in X that want root's privilege, it ask me root's password and I must type it.
Is there any way to change it to some thing like what ubuntu do and it ask me my sudo password?

This is one way.
#su
#password
#/usr/sbin/visudo
then scroll down to
;%wheel all no password
and uncomment this line
Only do this if you are at a private machine!
then
#:wq
writes the change and quits the vi editor.
Then you can join your user name or names to the wheel group and you can sudo with no password.

find the .desktop file that runs yumex and then edit it to change the Exec line from
Exec=/path/to/yumex to
Exec=sudo /path/to/yumex
