Hi all,

As a daily reader of this forum I already solved 90% of all my questions. Today I'd like to start my own thread because I haven't found a suitable solution yet.

Yesterday I wanted to install the nvclock tool for nvidia graphic cards because the fan of my 6600GT is very noisy. When I use the script ./configure to prepare for installation I always get an error message that the path for QT, GTK and X could not be found.

It says like "checking for x ... no" or "QT dir not correct". I use fedora core 5 can someone tell me the correct path for these libraries because I'd like to use the tool in a graphical environment and not just commandline.

Maybe I have to install some extras but I don't know which ones.

Hope you guys can help.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have the qt and gtk development packages installed? If not that could be the cause of your problems.

So can you tell me which packages to install for QT and/or GTK?

Thanks
