View Full Version : Change mount options on usb storage devices

I need to be able to change how udev is mounting usb-storage devices.
I have an usb-ide adapter, when I connect up hard drives they are mounted as rw.
I am unable to discern which udev rule is being used for this devices. the drives
are mounted as /dev/sda1 /media/usbdisk, /dev/sda2 /media/usbdisk1 ...,
I've looked at the Fedora udev guide. I can not idenify the rule that loads
the "sd" devices. I looked through /etc/hotplug as well. Would appreciate
some guidance.
