Hi,

I am having trouble getting dual monitors to work for users other than root. I have managed to get it to work for root, but when I log in as another user, one screen is just blue and my mouse is only visible on the far left of the screen and can go no further. My graphics card is a Radeon X700. I am using the drivers from Livna.org.

My xorg file is:

What version of fedora are you using?
if you start X (just by running X, not startx) as your user do you get two screens?
If that works try running startx.
It is possible that your gnome settings may be goofed. Can you login to kde or xcfe?
mv ~/.gnome* /tmp
mv ~/.gconf* /tmp
mv ~/.metacity /tmp
then try again
