How do I use rpmbuild? Basically I want the easiest info on how to use it, do I need to make a certain folder setup? IE:

program name folder
-> program directory(ie: /usr/share/program name
-> program libs
-> docs

And if so, what command do I use within rpmbuild to achieve the best results for what I am trying to do?
Thanks for the help.

fedora RPM Guide: http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/drafts/rpm-guide-en/

there is no "easy" if you want to build RPMs unless you just want to rebuild some .src.rpm's as is, otherwise, you need to learn more about RPMs

If you're packaging software into a generic archive so that anyone with a Unix like system can use it you create tarballs with GNU autotools (http://sourceware.org/autobook/) to enable a ./configure make make install type install.

Also once you have software in this format it's fairly easy to make an rpm out of it.
