I wounder if there is a graphical front end for the top commad or is there any other tools that display processor and process status?

I use KDE and have dual cpu processor . xload is not what I'm looking for.

thanks

Don't know for KDE but for the Gnome desktop there is this program called gnome-system-monitor.

Not graphical, but quite useful anyway; htop

If launched with: xterm -e htop , it even takes mouse input. :)

(As for dual cpus. htop is easily configured to show which processor a process is running on and also to show individual load for each cpu)
