So, I tried to set the resolution in System->Admin.->Display, but no matter what size I tell it, my screen looks like this (Only about 4 times bigger.....)

How can I fix my resolution so that I can actually close windows and they fit on the screen? Attached is a copy of my settings for my display and monitor from my xorg.conf

What resolution did you used to run, before FC5? From your xorg.conf it looks like only one is enabled. You can change Modes "1024x768" to Modes "1280x1024" "1024x768", and see if that is small enough for you. I hope it's not an lcd which has only one native mode.
