Fc5 Dwl-650

Out of the box on FC5 my DWL-650 does not work. I go to my Network Config and hit Activate and it says "failed; no link present. Check cable? It sounds like the same problem that happened on FC4 when you updates the kernel to 2.6.15-1833 (I think) it would load the hoast_ap driver as well as the orinoco driver. I looked in lsmod and found no host_ap driver in there.
Also on the Hardware tab in Network Config in front of the description for the device it says "(null)"

Can someone help please.
