FC4 Disc Not Found

I'm trying to load FC4 on an IBM T42.
The disc is a Fujitsu 60gb MHT2060AH.
When trying to load FC4 the disc is not recognized.
I have been unable to find a driver - Does anyone know how I can resolve?

Thanks --
