Angry ProFTPD HELP! Driving me nuts!

Ok, I had this server working and I think after I rebooted my box is when it stopped working. I have the anonymous account login working with full access to a chrooted directory.

I have a user account setup with the groups wheel and apache.

The path /var/www/html is owned by apache:apache.

The following configuration was setup for me to access the /var/www/html path and it was working. I don't know what happened but its not anymore.

I can see the entire / root but as soon as i go into the /var path, no folders are in there any more.

If I SSH to my server, all the files and paths are there.

HERE IS MY PROFTPD CONFIGURATION FILE:
