Enemy Territory on FC€

Hi.
I'm new to linux and I just installed Enemy Territory on my FC4 machine.

I get this message when I'm running ET in the terminal:
------- sound initialization -------
/dev/dsp: Input/output error
Could not mmap /dev/dsp
------------------------------------
Sound memory manager started
Sys_LoadDll(/root/.etwolf/etmain/ui.mp.i386.so)...
Sys_LoadDll(/root/.etwolf/etmain/ui.mp.i386.so) failed:
"/root/.etwolf/etmain/ui.mp.i386.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
Sys_LoadDll(/usr/local/games/enemy-territory/etmain/ui.mp.i386.so)... ok
Sys_LoadDll(ui) found **vmMain** at 0xb63aaf40
Sys_LoadDll(ui) succeeded!

What should I do about this?

I forget where I found this but I am sure I googled for it. You can run this line prior to running the ET bin or do like I did and just add it to your /etc/rc.local file...

echo "et.x86 0 0 direct" > /proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/oss

cheers
