Total Noob

Hey imma total noob to linux. Former Xp user (dont smite me!!!) Anyway i decided to make the switch from pure evilness to linux, However I know NOTHING about linux. Was wondering if you knew of any books or sites that are good for learning linux thanks!

I suggest you start with a live-cd like Knoppix or Kanotix first, before you decide to switch to linux completely. Those CDs run the whole operating system from the CD and your RAM and don't touch your harddisk.
