How do I find out which is service is bound to port 143

Hi,

Relatively new but not particularly technical but can muddle by in most instances.

When I try to start hulamanager I get a message to say:
hulaimap: Could not bind to port 143

How do I find out what service is binding to this port so I can stop it. I run the mailenable mail server under my windows xp pro machine as this was very easy to install and works well but I am looking to use imap rather than pop3 as I want to be able to access all my messages from webmail and that is why I have gone for hula because it seems to offer me what I want (which includes calendaring and scheduling) the only problem is that it is so new there seems to be very little info out there regarding it but if I keep plugging away I may get there in the end

Thanks

Another way is to run the following as root.

Code:
# /bin/netstat --inet -pnl

you can also grep for 143 in the /etc/services file, it is a reference file for the most common ports and the services that use them.
