Tested on FC5 Rawhide. Gnomebaker will need to support gstreamer-0.10 instead of gstreamer-0.8.
About MP3 support, you can maintain that package i.e gnomebaker-mp3 to repository like Livna or rpmforge.

Congragulations for making GnomeBaker available for extras. Also send e-mail to GnomeBaker developer to let know about that.

I hope other Fedora Community will bring more FOSS packages to extras repository.

You have mp3 support on fc4 by installing gstreamer-plugins-extra-audio from livna!

Actually yes, though GnomeBaker doesn't seem to support on-the-fly decoding while burning.
It's good to have a gnome burning suite, but it's still way behind k3b.

You are right, not on the fly, but it works!

Exclamation Note for FC5

You need "gstreamer08-plugins-extra-audio" from livna to burn MP3!
