Problem with FC4 and Amilo

I have FC4-dvd and it works perfectly in my computer but when i try to install it on my laptop (fujitsu amilo M1424) it doesn't work.
First of all the main install menu comes different than in my normal computer (without graphics) and then it doesn't recognized my RAM or something and the process gets stuck.

Can someone help me?

Note: My laptop works perfectly, in fact i use XP at the moment without problems and sometimes Knoppix.

You can't install in graphical mode, and text mode stops somewhere?

Where does it stop? Any error message? You did check the DVD when the install first started?

it stopts in the beggining after writting linux text <enter>, linux start to check your system and appears:

COULDN'T FIND VALID RAM DISK IMAGE STARTIN AT 0

CANNOT OPEN ROOT DEVICE "<NULL>! .......

then gets stuck. But my laptop its working perfectly with XP, and this FC 4 DVD its installing perfectly in my normal computer.
