Dell laptop Keyboard

Guys i need your help. My dell latitude D800 keyboard clicking sound wont go away. I have disabled the clicking sound in the bios but its still doing this. my volume is muted. Also to the fan is kinda loud is there any to fix these issues, someone please advise.
