Can't boot off FC4 CD1 on iMac G5

It will crash after "reading from prom_init", even when using "linux text", with the following output:

*begin output*

Did you check the disks for:
  • Correct architecture (this may should silly, but can happen).
  • Correct SHA1 sums
  • Correct SHA1 sums of the downloaded images?
Try searching the archives of the Fedora PPC list.

I got the PPC disks, and they mount properly on my other iMac. (I've even accessed some of the files within, and copied most of them around to prep for an http install.) Also, The Elf64 kernel does load, it's soon after this that things go awry. (I'll look into the check sums anyhow; thanks.)
