Question Unpredictable startup of IBM Blade HS20 on FC4

Unpredictable startup of IBM Blade HS20 on SMP type kernels.

I'm have Duel Processor IBM Blade server that I need to get Fedora 4 running on.
The server seems to be unpredictable when ever I try to restart or boot from a SMP type kernel.
It seems freeze intermittently at different stages. Other times it seems to boot up perfectly fine of a SMP type kernel, but it seems to more likley fail.
When I boot from a normal type kernel it seems to reboot more reliably.

I've tried different things like disabling and enabling Hyperthreding in the bios.

Here are some screen grabs and some config options when the system decided to run.

Has anyone got any ideas of what could be causing the problem and how to fix it?

    Thanks
    Tony D
