Are your users using the Exchange server on a daily basis? You can have sendmail relay the email back to the Exchange box on your internal network. I can't really help you with the setup, as I am a Postfix guy myself, but I know its possible with Sendmail.

Other than that I am not sure I follow why you want to sync email between two IMAP servers? I would assume your users use one IMAP server on a regular basis? If you want to give a few more details about what you have in mind, someone might be able to add to this.

Thanx for your promp reply.
internally we would like to use exchange becouse it offers featurs like folder sharing (Tasks, Notes, Calender) which dod not exist in the basic IMAP server.
but globaly I would like to use IMAP on my FC4 as mail server.

that mean 3 copies of mail boxs ( one on cleint PCs, other on IMAP, and the third on the Exchange).

I am not sure of a way to sync email in the manner you want. Exchange comes bundled with an IMAP server. You might want to consider having your users use a VPN to access your network over the VPN to check their email (assuming this is a corporate environment and not an ISP). Of course if they VPN in they can still use Outlook to check their email. You could also consider Outlook Web Access for remote access to their email.

I dont want to publish Exchange, or establish VPN connection.
I have IMAP server in a site and exchange server in another site, Imap is published on the internet, Exchange in the internal network.

and Iwant use exchange only in the office, and need Exchange data and IMAP data syncronized.
