Is there any movie converter software in FC to convert movies?

hi,
I would like to reduce the size of my .wmv files,
for example, it is 50MB and i want it's only 30 MB, of course the resolution will change.

But is there any software like that?

Thanks

ffmpeg

mplayer / mencoder

These tools are not simple to use but they can convert most video formats. Some windows formats are supported but not all.
