FDC4 V/s ASUS P5Ld2 Raid

Hi everybody

I have to instal FDC4 into a Asus P5LD2 Motherboard with 2 80gb SATA HD in a Raid 1 configuration.

I manage to create the volume with the Intel Matrix Storage Manager without problems, but when installing, FDC4 does not recognize the RAID, they appear to be 2 different Sata drives.

The motherboard has the following configuration

Intel 945p Chipset
DDR2 2 support
Pci Express
Intel SpeedStep
2 Raid Controllers
- Intel ICHR7
- Silicon Image 3132

I tried WXP with no problem... so is a FDC4 issue.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

your 2 raid controller probably are software raid not hardware raid!fedora has its own software raid controllers,so you have to kill the existed ones and use the fedora software raid!
