fc4 install fail on vmware5

Hi, I'm trying to install FC4 on my vmware5 but it always hang while loading initrd.img with a beep sound. I have try diff option but still the same. Please advice.

I haven't had issues installing FC4 on VMware Workstation 5 (Windows or Linux). However, I have seen problems with FC5 Test 1 on VMware Workstation 5.5. Are you installing from physical media or mounting iso's? Everytime I've installed it, I've used the DVD ISO and mounted it to the VM virtually.

i mount the iso.

i think prob solved. I don't encounter problem with the i386 image. Only got problems with the x86, my CPU is AMD64....

So can anyone confirm, x86 image got prob with AMD64 processor

ahh..yeh..you have to use the i386 w/ WS 5.0. there is support for later revs of A64's in the beta WS 5.5. so that would explain it.
