Question fedora ex hard drive

when i fugured out how to pation and write a filoe s ystem it work but when i write file to the hard drive it wont let write them only if i am in super user is there a way so i can set the hard drive up allow any user to write files

the progam i pation is gnu pared
it work like a charm
