Asus M2400N sound and kernel 2.6.13-1.1532

Hello,

Recently installed FC4 on Asus M2400N laptop. Everything worked
perfectly until I updated kernel. With the new kernel (2.6.13-1.1532) I experienced
problems with sound. Sometimes Rhythmbox worked, sometimes it didn't. If it didn't,
reboot helped, but not always.

After checking udev, hotplug and listing audio modules (snd_intel8x0, snd_intel8x0m) on
blacklist there was still no progress. Finally I downgraded kernel to original version as found on DVD.
(2.6.11-1.1369). Now, the sound is perfect.

Audio device: Intel 82801DB-ICH4
Chip: Sigmatel STAC97,21,23

Could there be a problem with the new kernel release?

Maybe anyone encountered same problem with the new kernel package?
