How to setup a mail server in FC 3.

elo guys can somebody help me.. im a dummy when it comes to linux... so i really need help. i already setup a computer with in it FC3 and i manage to make(somehow..) it my webserver. now my problem is i cant and dont know how to run/configure my mail server.. and i want to know how can i put it in my webpage.. and also if anyone can help me setup a messageborad tnx!!! ^_^
