problems with glibc

I have a problem installing glibc-2.3.5 for fc3 !!!
While doing make test , it gives some error and exits!!
It doesnot specify the error too !!

i tried installing using rpm build and also manually !!!
Please help

Glibc 2.3.5 for FC 3 is available from the FC3 updates repository:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu...pdates/3/i386/
Use "yum update glibc*" to install it.

yum install glibc
Have you tried that?
