Basic dual-boot advice

I'm going to do my first dual-boot with Windows 2000 and Fedora. I was wondering what advice any of you have about size and types of partitions to have. I have a 120GB hard drive. I like to have a lot of MP3s, pics, etc. that I would like to access them from either OS. Aside from that, I'll be using 2000 mainly for gaming and Fedora for the bulk of my computing needs.

One other thing ... anyone have any advice on a good disk partitioning tool? Preferably free?

Any other basic advice for this situation would be extremely helpful.

thanx
