Problem installing UT2004 server

I have a new installation of Fedora 4 and I downloaded and installed a game server for Unreal Tournament 2004. I have an account named "Mark", as you can see from the error message below. I didn't want to install this as administrator only because I don't know if it is necessary. Did I install it into the wrong folder?
Also, since this is supposed to be a server for the game, should this be run as a process so it starts when I boot? I don't think I would want that, but I would like to start it from my personal account as opposed to admin.

This is important because learning the solution to this problem will explain a lot about installing software with linux and file permissions.

Details: Failed to execute child process "/home/Mark/UT2004/System/ucc-bin" (Permission denied)

Dumb question on my part but... did you check the permissions on that file/directory? Also, if it's a file, make sure it's got the execute bit set.

chmod +x /home/Mark/UT2004/System/ucc-bin

Ok, I created the folder /home/Mark/UT2004 and extracted all the folders and files there. The executable /home/Mark/UT2004/System/ucc-bin now has the permissions of 777, as does the folder System as does UT2004.
I attempt execution by clicking on "Applications" > "Run Application" > and point to ucc-bin with the "Run with file..." field.
Now, I suspect that field is to select a data file for the app to run with, so how do I execute a program?
