Not sure what's not working...PCI allocation of video card

Whenever I start linux (64-bit FC4 running with 1gig of ram) i get the message:
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 3 of device 0000:05:00.0
right at the beginning. I've managed to figure out that this device is my pci express Geforce 6600, but past that I don't know what the problem or symptoms are. I'm running Doom 3 with no problem, but if this error is causing me to lose performance I'd like to remedy it. Anyone know about this, or know what other info I should provide?

Which kernel do you have and which version of udev? If you can run doom 3 at good fps rates, then I think it's just a temporary error while booting.

i've had a couple different version of 2.6.12 with the same error, currently 2.6.12-1.1456_FC4; i have udev-058-1.
