vedio files run with real player

hi to all..........
I am new user of forum.
I would like to know how to run a .dat(extn of th file) in Real player.
One more thing is that the real player software which I downloaded from the internet, but I do not have the internet connection at my home.
How to get a proper INSTALLATION files of REALPLYER.

Please help me...............

Visting http://www.real.com/ should show you the link to download real player.

Use the small "Free realplayer" button instead of the larger trial version.
