Will Fedora Core 4 Erase my other operating systems when installed?

I recently got the full Fedora Core 4 Disk install for my HP Pentium 4 running Windows XP. If I install it, will it wipe out any of my files on my hard drive and always start using Fedora Core 4. I would still like to boot from XP too. What does anyone recomend me doing?

It will either erase or keep your current os, whichever you choose during the installation. If you want to keep Windows XP, then choose the option to install in free space on disk. You may have to create the free space with a third-party program like Partition Magic before Fedora installation.
