AMD64 & Nividia: any support

Good day all,
I have:
EPox 9NPAJ motherboard
AMD64 processor
Nividia nforce4 chipset
Radeon X300 VGA

Installed FC4 and it works fine with. However, I haven't had the chance to go through everything I know to check the performance, but It looks to me that I need something specifically made for this combination or at least the VGA and chipset.

Is there any tool to enhance the performace of the system ?

Regards, mha

Are you using the 64-bit version of the OS or the 32-bit version?

Well, nVidia puts out proprietary drivers for their chipset, and ATI puts out proprietary drivers for their graphics cards. As for myself, if everything was working I would just stick with the stock open-source drivers.

Noting that you have a Radeon X300, I'm guessing top-notch gaming performance isn't your top priority, so I would think the stock "radeon" driver is probably sufficient.

I also don't know about compatibility between the nVidia proprietary chipset drivers and the ATI proprietary graphics drivers.
