Monitor powermanagement, sleep mode..

Hey there.

I'm just conducting a small research about monitors, pc and how the people use them in a terms of energy saving.
In my case screensaver is setup on 15 min , screen sleep mode on 2hr and I'm considering installing gnome powermanagement. My computer is usually 24/7 on, more or less so I think that it should be nice to put him sometimes to sleep if nothing is happen.

Question is what are your settings and do you use powermanagement?
