email server (not receiving email)

I am currently using FC4 together with IMAP and sendmail services. I can send email to other email address. Now the problem that I have is that I cannot receive email. Anyone know what could be my problem? Do I need fetchmail for this?

Thanks

My guess would be it's either the network, your connection to the network, port forwarding, DNS, routing, your firewall configuration, your SElinux setup, permissions, your sendmail config, clamav/spamassassin, procmail, IMAP local folder settings or something else.
Hope this helps.
