Ok i have seen a few thing about this on the Net. I think someone said they used ndiswrapper and it worked? well i insalled and opened it and says
Usage: ndiswrapper OPTION
Manage ndis drivers for ndiswrapper.
-i inffile Install driver described by 'inffile'
-d devid driver Use installed 'driver' for 'devid'
-e driver Remove 'driver'
-l List installed drivers
-m Write configuration for modprobe
-hotplug (Re)Generate hotplug information
so i said
ndiswrapper -i
and it said
where 'devid' is either PCIID or USBID of the form XXXX:XXXX
so then i said
ndiswrapper -i USBID
it said
Installing pciid
cp: cannot stat 'USBID': No such file or directory
ok i then download the driver for from Linksys page. It opens up with winzip but it puts the driver in the C:\
thats not right i don't have a C:\ it should go in the filesystem so i am not able to access it. Well anyways does anybody have any solutions for my problem maybe an easyier way or way to download the driver for the Linksys adapter. the exact model for my card is Linksys WUSB54g version 2. please help
