cant surf the net: rp-pppoe help

guys this is the second time I am posting on this topic.......please help me

I have been using Roaring Penguin pppoe to connect to the net from my FC3
The problem is that it shows that it has connected but then I cannot surf or anything.
I tried running the configuration again.....set all the entries right........I have entered the DNS addresses etc. and everything that it asks for.

I also tried reinstalling it a number of times but my problem is not solved. It still shows that I have connected but I cannot do anything.

Please help me

check resolv.conf: it must contain your DNS - if not, add them manually
