Question Doubt iptables

Hi, i have one redirect to do, but i found this problem, all conection in my home network to port 80 have to redirect to a high avaliable site www.test.com, it responde in one time for 130.0.0.2 an other time 130.0.0.3, how i can redirect iptables for this url ?

You have a DNS issue. Change your DNS of your domain to point to the new site instead.

Or you could do a http redirect from your current server, but of course that would have to be running.
