network monitoring software

Which ones would you purchase / use (money not considered, just features, overall impression).

1. Nagios
http://www.nagios.org/

2. ManageEngine OpManager
http://manageengine.adventnet.com/pr...ger/index.html

3. ActiveXperts Network Monitor
http://www.activexperts.com/activmonitor/

4. IP Monitor
http://www.ipmonitor.com/default.aspx

Which would you choose and why?

Note, all these have live demos available.

for network monitoring, or systems monitoring?? WHen I think of netowrk monitoring I would think of tcdump, or a tcdump bsed 'sniffer' like tcdump itself, etherreal, or snort. For host/services monitoring I have experience with only Nagios and it gets the job done. It isn't too difficult to set up.
