Delete images from Gallery?

Was just wondering if it is possible to delete your uploaded images from the Gallery. I kind of got in a hurry getting a submission up and didn't realize how awful the image resolution was until I looked at it online later. Would like very much to scrap it rather than having two of the same image taking up space. Looked around the Gallery and User CP to see if there was any such control for performing this action and haven't found anything. Thanks!

Haha, I was just browsing the gallery and immediately came to the Suggestions & Feedback forum to request this exact feature. You beat me to it

I really believe that we should be able to manage our uploaded images the same way we can manage our posts and attachments. We should be able to delete our own images or modify their attributes (gallery, title, comments, etc). I know some of my images aren't really worthy to be in there.

There should also be a quota of the number of images allowed per user (or megs per user). An upper limit of 20 images seems reasonable.

I'd really appreciate some admin / moderator thoughts on this.

I can delete images for you...just PM or tell me here...
Not sure if there is a edit option in gallery available to users...
