Multiple Hard Drives Seen as 1 Drive

I don't know if this is possible but this is what I want to do

In my linux box (it's my file/web/print/etc server) I want to put in about 3 extra IDE Hard Drives that I have
Specs:
HD 1: 5 GB
HD 2: 20GB
HD 3: 12GB

What I would like to do is install them and set it up as a share so that windows sees it as 1 shared drive/folder with 37 GB of space (all three drives added together)

Can anybody point me in the right direction on this?

RAID will be awkward, use the LVM manager in the fedora partition utility during setup.

anybody know of any good articles or tutorials on this LVM?

Also I already have the OS installed and files on teh server. Reinstalling is not really an option right now. Is there a way where I can just power down, install the HDs and then powerback up and run this LVM?
