Error at the end of a yum upgrade to FC2

Started an upgrade from RH9 to FC2

Did the upgrade to FC1 first, all worked OK, then changed my yum.conf to upgrade to FC2 and at the end it ends up with this error?

Not sure if this is something I should worry about?
