scrub -an obvious tip

ahh, me and my crazy experiments... I was running FC4 on my hard drive /dev/sda and I decided to do 'scrub /dev/sda' I already knew what would happen, but for some reason I wanted to do it anyway. I only wound up filling the first 5 gigs with 0s. I tried to shutdown, and that never happened. FC4 gone again... just a heads up for anyone who feel they might go crazy and type in random stuff in the terminal.

so your tips are:
1) don't yum remove x server while in the x server
2) don't wipe out your hard disk

<sarcasm>
I'm running the Tip of The Week section over at fedoranews.org. Mind if I feature your tips in the next few weeks?

I think I have a few points to add:
1) Do not throw monitor at passing cars
2) Do not connect the computer battery to your tongue. The electricity may feel good for a second, but will burn later
</sarcasm>
