are you using a wireless keyboard? same thing happened here and it turned out the keyboard was causing it. I suggesting testing another keyboard+mouse combo if you can. also the command glxinfo | grep vendor should ideally return this, if you'r using nvidia
server glx vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
client glx vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation

if not, this could aslo be a cause.

I play a game called Enemy territory and my mouse work very strange... after installing nvidia driver for kernel 2.6.11-1.27_FC3smp the game worked, but after upgrading to kernel 2.6.11-1.35_FC3smp (and of course nvidia drivers) the mouse only move in one direction. does anyone have the same problem and solved it? need help tried everything but noting works. I've tried some other game like Americas Army with the same result so the game is ok I think... it must be something with nvidia drivers...

I tryed the command glxinfo | grep vendor and my output is like yours. So the driver works with 3D support I think.
