Mail Server Setting

Greetings,

I am about to set up an email server for a large community of users ( up to 30 000 ), so I am wondering what set of implementations should I use. Any ideas? Any links to How-to's documents?

I am thinking of qmail (MTU), Courier as (IMAP) and IMP (webmail), so if you can post any suggestions for better sets or even mail server packages, I would be thankful. thanks in advance.
