Ricoh Aficio MFD printing questions

My company has a new Ricoh Aficio 3245C multi-function device without the postscript support option. My only method to print is through pcl. I am able to print using a generic hp setup. However, I cannot find any way to use features such as double-sided printing and colour. I've checked and the only support for this model from linuxprinting is for postscript.

Thanks, Todd Jones

I don't know if you checked but try the following:

I was looking in USA, where I am, but pick your location and then query for Aficio and unix.

Hope this helps.
