HOw to install KDE themes???

I have download many KDE themes from kde-look.org. But when I try to install it in control centre it always gives me a invalide error. Can anybody help me??

it all depends on the theme. some have rpm files. some have install.sh installers. some have .theme files that you open up through the kde control panel under "install a theme".

1) what theme?
2) after you download it.. what are you doing with it?
3) what is the exact error message?

KDE themes are not easy to install. Use GNOME=)
